The thought of creating this business came to mind when I bumped into someone in a shopping centre them overhearing me talking about technology.

The 70+ year old knew nothing about how to use a computer/mouse or even how to start a family tree.

After talking to this stranger for 30 minutes in target I decided I would spend the following day with her at the local library teaching her how to make a family tree online and the very basics on a computer.

I noticed after this strange encounter that there is a huge amount of people who don't know how to use technology and group lessons isn't personal or helpful enough.

This is how Gippsland Tech Support was founded.
